ARRIVAL PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS:
Once you have arrived and cleared immigration and customs, you will use the door on your right to exit to the public arrival area. Once you have left out that door, make the immediate right turn and walk straight ahead to the SIXT Rent a Car. The dispatcher will be behind the barricade directly in front of that building holding the sign marked Chad’s Travels Transfers and Excursions. Once you have located your driver he will call your driver and you will be on your way.
DEPARTURE PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS
Your driver will meet you by the concierge desk at your resort at your designated pickup time. There is a 10 minute grace period where the driver will wait for you if you do not show up before we attempt to contact you. If for any reason you do not see the driver or have any difficulties, give us a call or send an email.

Cancelaciones
Esta excursión se puede cancelar sin costo alguno hasta :tiempo de cancelación horas antes del inicio del viaje. Si lo cancela después de 24 horas o no se presenta en la excursión, se le cobrará el precio total de la actividad. El retraso en la recogida o en la salida se considerará como no presentarse.
