Kyoto Sushi Making & Footbath【Grand Opening】

Enjoy a beginner-friendly sushi-making class in Kyoto. Make nigiri sushi step by step, then taste what you’ve made—optionally with footbath seating if available.
Enjoy a beginner-friendly sushi-making experience in Kyoto and learn how to make nigiri sushi using popular ingredients such as tuna and salmon. This hands-on workshop is designed to be easy to follow, even if it’s your first time making sushi.

Meet at our store (2nd floor), where an experienced staff member will guide the class in English and Japanese. You’ll learn sushi basics from scratch, including how sushi rice is seasoned and handled, how to shape rice properly (not too tight, not too loose), and how to place toppings neatly for a beautiful finish. You’ll also make a mini sushi roll, so you can try more than one style of sushi-making.

After a short introduction, you’ll make your own sushi step by step with guidance. At the end of the class, you’ll enjoy the sushi you created.

Optional footbath add-on (subject to availability): Depending on the day’s reservations, you may have the option to add footbath seating and enjoy your sushi while relaxing your feet. Footbath seating is limited and cannot be guaranteed, so please consider it an optional add-on when available.
