Start with kiniing siomai, delicate dumplings filled with juicy pork, infused with the smoky flavor of kiniing. Then, cleanse your palate with a rattan or santol gelato.

For the main course, choose from a variety of dishes, including Watwat with Tapuey Steak Sauce, Pork Tapa Cordillera, Santol-Glazed Chicken, or Calamansi-Glazed Chicken. Each dish is served with rice and a side dish.
