Enjoy a day of relaxation and fun at Terma Bania, a thermal water park in Białka Tatrzańska. With 15 pool basins, over 300 meters of water slides, geysers, water cannons, a Jacuzzi, and artificial waves, there's something for everyone.
The park's indoor and outdoor pools are filled with geothermal water, rich in minerals like sulfides, silica, potassium, calcium, magnesium, and iron. The water is sourced from a depth of 2500 meters and is naturally heated to 78°C before being cooled to a comfortable 34-38°C for the pools.
Relax in the Relax Zone, which offers a serene atmosphere with stunning views of the High Tatras. Enjoy indoor and outdoor pools, a Jacuzzi, a bar in the water, and various saunas. The zone also features water massage equipment, including bottom geysers, water cannons, and cascades.
For families and thrill-seekers, the Summer Zone offers a wet playground, an inflated water playground, a 3-track water slide, and a sunbathing area with over 500 deckchairs. In the summer, join aqua fitness and zumba classes led by qualified instructors.
Finally, unwind in the Sauna Zone, where you can experience sauna nights and ceremonies designed to help you regain inner balance and build stamina.

INFORMACIÓN IMPORTANTE
Water temperature ranges from 34°C to 38°C, and all pools are filled with mineral-rich geothermal water for a relaxing experience. The facility is family-friendly, with dedicated areas for children, and the Relax Zone offers stunning views of the High Tatras. Sauna nights and ceremonies are available for wellness enthusiasts.
One of the main attractions are the Sauna Rituals, held 7 days a week: 12:00, 14:00, 16:00, 17:00 (women-only), 18:00 (smoke), 19:00, 20:00, 21:00 (frost with menthol crystals). Rituals are free and included with the Saunarium ticket.
The Saunarium is a 16+ zone. Guests may move in swimwear, a towel/pareo, or nude. Dry saunas require a towel/pareo, steam saunas may be used nude or wrapped. Guests using swimwear may encounter nude guests, and vice versa, ensuring a respectful and comfortable environment for all.
