This is a shared scenic flight. You may be travelling with up to 6 other passengers. There are minimum passenger numbers to confirm a flight.
Seating is arranged to ensure the safety and balance of the aircraft. Seats are assigned based on weight & balance requirements, and we are unable to guarantee specific seating positions.
Weight: Accurate individual weights are required at the time of booking. Any significant discrepancies may result in changes to the flight manifest or additional charges.
Cancellation Policy: All flights are subject to weather conditions. If we are unable to fly due to weather, there will be no charge. We will do our best to reschedule your flights if able. We recommend having a back up date available
If your cancellation is not weather related and:
– more than 24 hours’ notice is given, no charge
– less than 24 hours’ notice is given, a 50% charge
If no notice is given and you do not show up for your flight, 100% payment will be taken from your card.
