In this private, guided experience in Portuguese, you'll experience one of the most impressive trails in the Cusco region: the Ausangate 7 Lagoons Walk. The adventure starts early, when our team will pick you up at the hotel for a 3.5-hour trip to the community of Pacchanta, a small Andean village located at the foot of the majestic Nevado Ausangate, Cusco's highest sacred mountain.

Upon arrival, we'll enjoy a delicious traditional breakfast prepared by locals, ideal for recharging your batteries before starting the hike. The route crosses the Vilcanota mountain range, one of the most beautiful in Peru, and takes you to seven impressive lagoons: Pucacocha, Patacocha, Alcacocha, Comercocha, Orco Otorongo, China Otorongo, and Azulcocha. Each one has unique colors — from emerald green to intense turquoise — that stand out against the white of the snowy mountains.

During the hike, your guide will share stories about the spiritual significance of the lagoons and Mount Ausangate, considered by the Andean people to be a protective deity. You'll also have the chance to see llamas, alpacas, and other typical animals that live freely in this natural setting.

After about 4 hours of hiking, we'll head back to Pacchanta to enjoy an Andean lunch made with local ingredients, a real immersion in the region's culture and cuisine. To end the day, you can relax in the natural hot springs of Pacchanta, a perfect time to rest your body and enjoy the spectacular view of Nevado Ausangate.
