Excursion to Caral and Bandurria

Go back to the origins of the Andean civilization, the oldest in America, on this excursion in which we will visit the archaeological city of Caral.
After picking you up at 9:00 a.m., we will head north until we reach the archaeological site where the ruins of the sacred city of Caral remain.

Pyramids, temples and astronomical centers more than 5 thousand years old will welcome us to the first city in the Americas. Located in the Supe Valley, Caral was the cradle of the Andean civilization and is considered the third oldest place with human settlements in the world, behind Mesopotamia and Egypt.

After getting to know the Caraline civilization up close, you will have an hour of free time to eat before heading towards the Paradise Wetlands area.

We will visit the archaeological complex of Bandurria, an old fishing village. In addition to seeing pyramids, mounds and circular areas similar to those of Caral, we will approach a natural viewpoint from which we will obtain a panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean and the Albufera Paraíso.

At the end of the visit to Bandurria, we will head back to Lima. The tour ends returning at approximately 8:00 p.m.

Esta excursión se puede cancelar sin costo alguno hasta :tiempo de cancelación horas antes del inicio del viaje. Si lo cancela después de 24 horas o no se presenta en la excursión, se le cobrará el precio total de la actividad. El retraso en la recogida o en la salida se considerará como no presentarse.
