Welcome to the city's bohemian neighborhood
Barranco is Lima's bohemian, artistic, and romantic district, known for its cobblestone streets, colorful mansions, art murals, and vibrant atmosphere. That will be our first stop. We'll then head to Lima's historic center and stroll along its most important streets. We'll have the chance to climb the tallest tower in the city, take photos and videos inside its convent, and see the most famous tombs of Latin American saints: Santa Rosa de Lima and San Martín de Porres. We'll then enter the Church of San Francisco, where we'll explore part of the catacombs and take photos inside its majestic church. We'll then continue on to admire the last remaining city walls, which protected us from pirates and privateers. At the end, we'll try a typical Peruvian dessert: the famous churros.
