In the absence of snow, sleighs will be replaced with traditional carriages.
For a group of 3 people (or 5,7, etc.), there is an additional charge for the empty seat in the sleigh: 80 PLN.
Customers should look for a bus or van marked with the ZAKOPANE4YOU logo. Please wait in front of your accommodation if it is accessible by vehicle. If not, you will be asked to wait at a nearby convenient meeting point, which will be confirmed the day before your pickup.
