• Bar serviçe available at extra cost.
• Please note that trips may be cancelled after confirmation and at a short notice in bad weather conditions or unsuficient number of passengers. If this occurs, you will be offered an alternative date or full refund.
• We ensure a timely departure for all our guests. Please arrive to our office in Funchal Marina 30 minutes before departure where we will exchange your ticket for a boarding card.
• Please note that if you miss the boat, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Cancelaciones
Esta excursión se puede cancelar sin costo alguno hasta :tiempo de cancelación horas antes del inicio del viaje. Si lo cancela después de 24 horas o no se presenta en la excursión, se le cobrará el precio total de la actividad. El retraso en la recogida o en la salida se considerará como no presentarse.
