The ideal time for whale watching in Mirissa is from November to April, when the ocean is calmer and sightings are more frequent. During this season, you can often see the magnificent Blue Whale, along with sperm whales and dolphins.
2. Early Morning Departure
Tours usually start very early (around 5:30–6:30 AM). Early departures increase the chances of sightings and offer calmer sea conditions.
