Next, continue to a local Kandy market, where you will explore fresh produce and select ingredients for your cooking session. Your guide will explain how locals choose vegetables, spices, and essential items used in Sri Lankan cuisine.

The experience then moves into a two-stage cooking journey, designed to reflect how food is enjoyed in Sri Lanka.

First, prepare and cook traditional Sri Lankan roti, a popular street-style dish. Enjoy it fresh with spicy lunu miris, just like locals do.

Then continue with a hands-on cooking class, where you will prepare a full Sri Lankan meal using traditional techniques. Learn how to cook rice, vegetable curries, and side dishes, with the option to include fish, chicken, or eggs based on your preference.
