Next, explore the Dambulla Cave Temple, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and then climb the iconic Sigiriya Lion Rock. If you’re up for more adventure, climb Pidurangala Rock for stunning views.
Continue to Polonnaruwa and embark on a cycling tour of the ancient city. Visit Gal Viharaya, Thiwanka Pilimageya, Vatadage, Nissanka Latha Mandapaya, Kiri Vehera, Parakrama Samudra, Lotus Pond, the Royal Palace, and more.
