Day 1: Bangkok to Khao Yai Nature Life Resort
Begin your adventure with a pickup from your hotel in central Bangkok or Suvarnabhumi/Don Mueang Airport. Travel to Khao Yai and check in at Khao Yai Nature Life Resort. After lunch, visit a peaceful Buddhist Cave Temple, where monks use the cave for meditation. Continue to a scenic viewpoint overlooking the beautiful Khao Yai landscape.
In the evening, experience one of Thailand's most spectacular natural phenomena as millions of wrinkle-lipped bats emerge from the cave, creating an incredible ribbon across the evening sky. Return to the resort for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 2: Khao Yai National Park Adventure
After breakfast, depart for Khao Yai National Park, Thailand's first National Park and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Visit the Visitor Center before beginning a guided trek through the dry evergreen forest, where you may spot gibbons, hornbills, macaques, and other native wildlife.
Enjoy your lunch at a local restaurant inside the National Park before continuing to the famous Haew Suwat Waterfall, featured in the movie The Beach. Later, visit one of the park's most spectacular viewpoints before heading to a natural salt lick to search for wild Asian elephants in their natural habitat. Return to the resort for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 3: Leisure Morning and Return to Bangkok
Enjoy breakfast at the resort before spending a relaxing morning at your own pace. Relax by the swimming pool, take a leisurely walk around the resort's peaceful surroundings, or simply enjoy the natural atmosphere. Lunch will be served at the resort before departing for Bangkok in the afternoon.
