Riders have to be in good physical and mental ability to ensure safety. Drivers must be at least 15 years old. Passengers must be at least 5 years old. Book a child ticket for passengers. They will not be allowed to drive
During the tour, strictly follow the tour guide/instructor. The tour operator has the authority to stop any risky riding or unpleasant mannerisms with no refund
On the rare occasion that a tour has to be canceled, you will be informed in advance and offered a different tour date, an alternative tour, or a full refund
