Descripción

Travel sustainably from Bangkok by electric car, local train, and electric boat (if available). Visit salt fields, ride through the Mae Klong Railway Market, and explore Damnoen Saduak.
Experience Thailand’s local life through a multi-transport sustainable adventure — travel by electric vehicle, local train, and longtail boat (if available) on this one-day eco journey from Bangkok. Discover how traditional communities live in harmony with nature while embracing clean energy travel.

Start your day with green travel
8.00 am Depart from your Bangkok hotel in a 100% Electric Vehicle (EV) and head toward Samut Songkhram province, one of Thailand’s most charming coastal communities.

Your first stop is at a local salt field, where seawater is naturally evaporated under the tropical sun. This is a perfect opportunity for stunning photographs and meaningful cultural exchange. You can try salt coffee here at your own expense.

Ride the local train to Mae Klong Market
Next, make your way to a local train station, a small countryside stop where you’ll board the local train to Mae Klong Railway Market. This is not a tourist train — it’s the same one locals use every day!
Enjoy a 30-minute scenic ride across coconut plantations and salt farms while connecting with authentic rural life.

Upon arrival, you’ll walk straight into the world-famous Mae Klong Railway Market (Talad Rom Hub), where vendors sell fresh produce right on the train tracks. Watch in awe as the train passes through and the sellers skilfully fold back their umbrellas and goods within seconds — a scene that perfectly captures the creativity and resilience of Thai communities.

Cruise Damnoen Saduak Floating Market (by longtail electric boat if available)
Continue by EV to Damnoen Saduak Floating Market, Thailand’s most iconic canal market. Here, you’ll board a long-tail boat — electric when available — and glide through the narrow canals surrounded by traditional wooden houses, fruit orchards, and local life. The electric boat offers a quiet, low-carbon experience that protects the waterways from pollution while letting you enjoy the sounds of nature.

During the one-hour boat journey, your guide will take you to visit places such as a boat museum, a coconut sugar farm, or artisan workshops, depending on your interests. Each stop is carefully chosen to support small local businesses and preserve traditional craftsmanship.

Lunch & local experience

You can enjoy lunch at the Damnoen Saduak Floating Market – such as Pad Thai or other simple one-dish Thai meals – while cruising along the canals. Guests are welcome to ask the guide for recommendations on-site. Lunch expenses are at the guest's own cost.

After lunch, you’ll have time to stroll through the floating market, shop for handmade souvenirs, or enjoy tropical fruits and desserts made by local vendors.

Return to Bangkok
At around 2:00 PM, relax in your electric vehicle on the drive back to Bangkok. If time permits, you may stop for coffee at a small cafe — a perfect final moment of serenity before returning to the city (optional, at your own expense).
