Wear long sleeves to avoid mosquito bites.
Avoid using mosquito repellent to protect fireflies.
Fireflies are sensitive to light, avoid using flashlights
Some mountain trails may be slippery. We recommend wearing non-slip, waterproof shoes and walking carefully.
Firefly viewing may be affected by weather conditions such as rain. The itinerary may be adjusted accordingly.
According to Taiwanese law, children aged 0–4 or weighing under 18 kg are required to use a child safety seat. An additional fee of TWD 300 will apply for each seat. Please indicate the number of seats needed at the time of booking so they can be prepared in advance.
The meeting point is West Exit 3 of Taipei Main Station. Please arrive by 13:45 and look for your guide in a yellow uniform. The tour will depart promptly at 14:00.
