Come learn how to create a wax painting with a local artist. All skill levels are welcome to this unique experience.
This art lesson will take place at our property in Sanawari. We will provide transportation from your hotel or residence. Once you arrive at the property, you will meet a local artist who will show you how to make a silhouette painting on a canvas with your choice of a ready-made stencil, wax, and paint done in the traditional Tanzanian style. Drinks and snacks will be provided during the lesson and once the paint has dried we will take you and your piece of art back to the place you're staying. All ages and artistic skill levels are welcome to join in this lesson.
