Day 1: Ho Chi Minh City – My Tho – Ben Tre – Can Tho (Lunch/Dinner)

Start with a smooth 1.5-hour bus ride passing the green rice fields, leading you to the beautiful rural Mỹ Tho town. Arrive in Mỹ Tho and visit Vinh Trang Pagoda, the oldest ancient pagoda in Southern Vietnam.

Known as the largest pagoda and the most special architecture in the Mekong Delta, its architecture was influenced by Vietnamese culture, Khmer culture, and European architecture.

Continue on a motorized boat on the Tien River to the Qui (Tortoise Islet). On the way, view the fishing port, stilt houses, boat-building workshops, and the other Dragon, Phoenix, and Unicorn Islets.

Cruise through Bao Dinh Canal to enter Ben Tre Province, "the country of coconut," to see a typical agricultural model called "Garden - Pond – Cage" then enjoy a coconut candy mill and relaxing honey tea.

Take an amazing rowing boat trip on the small canal, fully covered by the shadow of the water coconut tree and cool breezes. Enjoy lunch in the heart of the orchard garden.

After lunch, walk along the village, visit a fruit garden, and enjoy tropical fruit while listening to the sound of "Southern Vietnamese folk music" performed by the islanders. Join the daily activities of the local people and enjoy the atmosphere of this beautiful natural countryside.

Take a final boat trip back to My Tho on the Tan Thach natural canal. Then take a short walk through the narrow village path to the bus and process to Can Tho City. Arrive in Can Tho City and check into a 3-star hotel.

The bus will pick you up at the hotel and you will have dinner on the boat.

Day 2: Can Thơ City - Cai Rang Floating Market – Ho Chi Minh City (Breakfast/Lunch)

After breakfast, take a boat trip to explore the picturesque tributaries of the Lower Mekong River. The boat trip later takes you to the Cai Rang floating market, one of the most original and bustling places of the region.

See how Vietnamese vermicelli noodles are made. After that, trek along the village to get in touch with the local people. Here, have a chance to experience how to pass a "Monkey bridge" which is built by only one bamboo.

Leave the village and visit My Khanh Tourist Village and have lunch there. Then, the bus will transfer you back to Ho Chi Minh City.
