Each passenger is allowed to have one 24 inch (22 inch x 11 inch x 9 inch) sized luggage with a maximum weight of 20kg and 1 small personal bag that is free of charge.
Extra luggage can be denied or charged at an extra cost if there is no space in the vehicle to accommodate it

The transfer service operator will contact you by email/Whatsapp within 24 hours after your booking is made to confirm your travel details.
The operator usually provides the driver information and car plate number 1 day 20:00 pm (local time) before the service.

Cancelaciones
Esta excursión se puede cancelar sin costo alguno hasta :tiempo de cancelación horas antes del inicio del viaje. Si lo cancela después de 24 horas o no se presenta en la excursión, se le cobrará el precio total de la actividad. El retraso en la recogida o en la salida se considerará como no presentarse.
