A COZY NIGHT ON TWO WHEELS
Forget fancy restaurants. To feel the soul of Saigon, jump on a scooter, feel the night breeze, and zip into tiny alleys. We’ll sit on low plastic stools and eat just like locals do.

This tour is about genuine connection. We aren't here for a dry history lecture; we’re your local friends. We’ll share stories about our student life, our families, and how we live in this lovely city. Just good food, great rides, and honest chats!

THE JOURNEY
Pickup & Safety
Pickup: From your hotel (D1, 3, 4, 5, 10) or Saigon Opera House.

Prep: Meet your student riders, put on a quality helmet, and get a quick safety briefing. Raincoats are always ready!

Stop 1: Cozy Bowls
Warm up at a humble, family-run stall tucked in an alley with a local favorite:

- Bún Bò: Savory beef noodle soup with lemongrass.
- Bún Cá: Refreshing, light fish noodle soup.
- Bò Kho: Fragrant, slow-cooked beef stew with bread.

Stop 2: The Art of Wrapping & Steaming
Next, we head to a lively sidewalk spot to enjoy the "wrap-and-roll" style:

- Bánh Cuốn: Delicate steamed rice rolls with pork and mushrooms—a local soul food.
- Bánh Xèo / Bánh Khọt: Crispy, sizzling rice pancakes with fresh herbs.
- Bột Chiên: Crunchy pan-fried rice cakes with egg—a classic student snack.

Stop 3: Street-Side Comfort
Two snacks that every local kid grew up loving:

- Bánh Mì: The world-famous crunchy baguette with savory fillings.
- Chuối Nếp Nướng: Grilled banana in sticky rice with creamy coconut milk.

Heading Home
Once you’re happily full, we’ll drive you safely back to your hotel.
