From here, continue to the Fujian Assembly Hall, where local sailors once prayed to the Sea Goddess Thiên Hậu before crossing dangerous seas. Next, head to the Ba Lê Well, believed by many to hold sacred Cham water – the mystical ingredient that gives life to the town’s famous Cao Lầu noodles. Taste this dish in a nearby family-run eatery tucked inside an old shophouse and learn how centuries of trade shaped its unique flavor.
