If the Hai Van Pass viewpoint is affected by cloud cover, your driver
will adjust the route to the tunnel. Refunds are not issued for cloudy weather,
as the Plan B route is part of the service.
Your driver speaks basic English for family logistics, directions,
and safety communication. He is not a certified tour guide. For
detailed cultural commentary at Marble Mountains, a separate guide
is recommended there.
Pickup is available between 6:00 AM and 4:00 PM. For families, the
most requested departure is 8:00 to 9:00 AM, with arrival in Hoi An
by mid-afternoon.
Standard journey time is 5 to 6 hours.
