This full-day coastal experience takes you to the charming seaside town of Papudo, where nature, wildlife, and relaxation come together in a unique way. The adventure begins with a scenic boat trip departing from the local cove. Before setting sail, the captain provides a short safety briefing, then the boat heads toward Lobos Island, navigating through rocky coastal formations and open waters rich in marine life.
As the boat approaches the island, the speed is reduced to allow a safe and respectful observation of the wildlife. It is common to see sea lions resting on the rocks, along with a wide variety of seabirds. During certain seasons, lucky travelers may also spot Humboldt penguins in their natural habitat. After enjoying the views and taking photos, the boat returns to the cove.
Next, you will enjoy free time at Papudo’s Playa Chica, where you can relax by the sea, walk along the beach, take photos, or have lunch or a snack at local spots (not included). You will also have time to explore the surroundings and browse local shops offering crafts and souvenirs.
The experience continues with a guided horseback ride along the coast at Playa Los Lilenes. After a brief safety introduction and equipment adjustment, you will ride gentle horses at a relaxed pace along seaside trails, enjoying open ocean views and the peaceful coastal atmosphere.
