If weather conditions do not allow the experience to be carried out safely, participants will be informed 48–72 hours in advance whenever possible, and alternative dates will be offered.
If it is not possible to agree on a suitable alternative date, or if the activity is cancelled by the provider due to weather conditions, force majeure, or other critical operational reasons, customers will be entitled to a 100% refund.

- Hotel Pickup and Drop-off: Transportation from your accommodation to the marina and back is not included. Guests must make their own way to the designated meeting point.
- Gratuities: Tips for the captain and crew are not included in the ticket price and are entirely at your discretion.
- Towel Rental and Warm Clothing: Beach towels, jackets, or windbreakers are not provided. Please bring your own, or rent them at the dock before boarding if needed.
- Port Parking Fees: Any parking charges incurred at the Estepona Marina during the duration of your tour.
- Swimwear and Sun Protection: Sunscreen, sunglasses, hats, and swimwear must be brought by the guests.
