Immerse yourself in the world of Italian cuisine and enjoy an authentic pasta and ravioli cooking class in a relaxed atmosphere. To start, you will be welcomed with a Limoncello Spritz and can settle in with small Italian snacks like olives and crackers while enjoying initial conversations with the group.
Afterward, we will work together to prepare fresh pasta dough by hand – without using any machines. Step by step, you will learn various techniques of traditional pasta making and discover what really matters for a perfect dough.
Using the homemade pasta dough, we will prepare two classic Italian dishes: fresh fettuccine with a flavorful tomato sauce and creamy burrata, and ravioli filled with ricotta and spinach in a delicate sage butter sauce. Each person actively participates in the cooking and experiences the entire process for themselves.
Throughout the evening, prosecco, wine, beer, soft drinks, water, and a selection of coffee and tea will be available for you. In small groups, a relaxed, personal atmosphere is created – almost like a kitchen party among friends.
To wrap things up, we will enjoy the freshly prepared dishes together at one large table. Afterwards, a small dessert from the Foodie Kitchen awaits you. As a keepsake, you will receive a certificate of participation and a Polaroid photo to take home with you.
The class lasts approximately 4 to 5 hours and takes place on Friday evenings.
