Arriving at a traditional olive mill surrounded by century-old olive trees, you’ll get a full journey from branch to bottle. Start with a short walk through the groves, where the trees whisper stories of harvests past. Then head into the mill where modern meets tradition — see how cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil is born.

A relaxed stroll through the olive groves
Tour of the olive mill and the extraction process

The final stop is at a small, family-run gem that produces both wine and raki with love and pride. You’ll walk through the vineyard, peek inside the cellar, and explore the traditional raki still. Expect a generous tasting of 2–3 wines — often made from indigenous Cretan varieties — followed by the fiery welcome of tsikoudia (raki).
