This experience invites you to discover all the stages of cocoa processing, from the fresh pod to traditional chocolate.

The tour takes place in a Creole garden where fruit trees and plants emblematic of the Caribbean grow. You will discover the secrets of cocoa, the drying and roasting techniques, and then take part in a hands-on demonstration of each step, culminating in the making of a traditional cocoa bar.
