If the fireworks festival or the yakatabune cruise is cancelled due to weather conditions, safety concerns, force majeure, or supplier-related reasons, customers will receive a full refund.
Rescheduling or alternative experiences may be offered when available, but they will not replace the customer’s right to a full refund.
Please meet your guide in front of Tobu Asakusa Station, near the main entrance.
Your guide will be waiting with a sign that says “omotel travel”.
The area can be crowded, so please arrive a little early.
