The tasting combines five of the house's iconic cuvées with carefully selected artisanal chocolates. Each pairing highlights the union of textures, aromas, and contrasts.

Nuance: Champagne with a fresh and generous attack, evoking stone fruits, sweet spices and pastries. It pairs perfectly with a praline chocolate with dried fruits or a tonka bean ganache.

Variation: An elegant rosé with notes of strawberries and cream and rose. Its freshness is wonderfully balanced by a fruity chocolate (black raspberry, morello cherry) or salted butter caramel. Melody: A powerful cuvée with a complex profile of yellow fruits and pepper, supported by beautiful acidity. Pairs perfectly with an intense 70% dark chocolate or a yuzu ganache to echo its tension.
