Move through mindful Yoga stretches and breathwork before settling into a peaceful meditation, allowing you to fully absorb the tranquil energy of the sunset. As you sit in stillness, with the sound of the waves and the changing colors above, you’ll leave feeling refreshed, centered, and deeply connected.
To make the most of your practice, please bring a towel to practice on (as mats can slip on the sand), wear suncream, and bring water to stay hydrated.
