This cheese and good food enthusiast will take you into a world of local producers, happy animals, and flowery meadows...
Together, we'll dip our hands into the milk and then into the curd, and using cheesemaking techniques, we'll spin this cheese to create mozzarella, burrata, stracciatella, and a braid.
This workshop is located in old Lyon, with the Saône as a backdrop, at 16 quai Romain Rolland, Lyon 5.
Don't forget to bring containers to take your creations home.
The milk used is raw and unpasteurized for an authentic artisanal experience.
