Discover the gastronomic soul of Liguria with an authentic masterclass in our family shop, BioTigullio5Terre, in the heart of Genoa's historic center, in Via di Ravecca 51r, a stone's throw from the House of Columbus.

You will learn how to prepare real Genoese pesto with a Carrara marble mortar and wooden pestle, following local tradition. Each participant will create their own pesto using fresh, authentic ingredients: DOP basil, Parmesan cheese, pecorino cheese, pine nuts, garlic, and extra virgin olive oil.

At the end of the lesson, we will enjoy a plate of trofie al pesto, made with your recipe, and toast with a glass of Ciliegiolo del Tigullio. To conclude, you will receive a free 90g jar of long-life Genoese pesto to take home. An immersive experience in Ligurian cuisine, surrounded by aromas, flavors, and family stories.
