You'll learn how to cook 3 typical Ligurian dishes (focaccia, pansoti with walnut sauce, and canestrelli):
We'll start by preparing the three doughs
You'll learn how to roll out the dough for the savory pie by hand and with a rolling pin, how to make the filling, and how to close the pie.
I'll teach you how to roll out the dough for the pansoti, how to cut it, and how to form this kind of big tortellino.
Finally, you'll learn how to roll out the shortcrust pastry for the canestrelli and how to make them.
At the end of the work, we'll enjoy what we've prepared together on the terrace (weather permitting) with a sea view or in the house with a nice glass of wine!
